air want cool but has enough gas in it want put out cold air

How did you verify it had enough pressure ? What does the car call for in psi. If it doesnt have enough freon, the compressor will cut out. It has a low pressure cutoff switch to prevent compressor burnout. If it truly has sufficient pressure, then the dryer may be clogged.
