My wife’s 2018 explorer has same roof rail issue and we are getting a run around from north country ford and freeway ford in Minnesota

sides roof rail issue also (came off) and rust
has started forming - we are getting nothing
but a run around by both North Country Ford

In the front of your owner's manual there is a telephone number where you can contact Ford directly with warranty problems.
