At the minimum, you will need a good set of socket wrenches, a disc brake pad spreader, and perhaps a breaker bar to break loose tight or rusted fasteners. You may need much more than this depending on how the brakes are set up. I would suggest purchasing a manual which will show you the steps and exact tools required. The torque necessary to reinstall calipers and brake parts safely is essential, and a good manual will include all of this information as well.
