how to change the fuel pump relay 2004 KIA Optima

no power to fuel pump, no fuel to fuel rail.  Need to change the fuel pump relay but cannot
find it.

I have an answer: first start by removing the center console 2 screws @ the rear of console seats have to b moved forward to remove them, remove two side panels n front of console remove shifter cover snaps in , & top piece surrounding radio & radio & glove box.now once all pieces are removed go around to passenger side of vehicle look down towards gas pedal between air duct tubes that supply air to back seat the fuel pump relay is located behind e.c.m. remove nut with a 10m.m Deep well socket pull relay to passenger side of console unplug & replace .hope this is helpful.

I got a 2009 and is doing the same thing the feel pump is good All the fuses are good
