i have an 05 spectra ex, when i start it in colder weather there are multipule things that dont work until a certain engine temp is reached...those not working include the instrament cluster lights,

look at the thermostat, if the engine does not work well not reach the required temperature, it gives the fan malfunction, damaging the engine.

The engine runs fine, just the previously mentioned don't come on until a certain engine temp is reached. Could it be a wiring issue?
