Have you bled the brake lines and checked the fluid? Try popping the wheel cylinder on each wheel the grinding seems to come from out and make sure it’s packed with grease, make sure the master cylinder is pressurized, and also make sure your differential is full of fluid as well. Your axle may be grinding if the bearings weren’t properly greased or there’s no fluid within the diff.
