Go back to the basics , Do a compression test on all cylinders You may have inadvertinly damaged an intake valve during installation or didn't follow the torque procedure correctly !! Did you use a tap or thread chaser ( Of the same diameter and thread pitch ) to clean out the threaded holes in the engine block . did you follow the correct torque sequence ?? I strongly suspect that your a novice at replacing cylinder heads Go to ( Fel Pro or Victor ) for the correct torque tightening procedure PS I hope I am wrong but if I am right your right back where you started Good Luck
