1992 jeep cherokee laredo,water passenger floor,notantifreeze only when rains,could be drain?

water in passengers floor when rains. not anti-freeze not losing fluid.water is clean. does air plenum have drain,whats best way to clean it? older car but we need to keep it. also what could be cause of wipers going too far up and down,seems to be a lot of play in them.any help would be a blessing.thank you.

Have you check for rust on the windscreen seals? A hole on the lower wind screen cover ie where the screen holds it down (idea only)

The seal on the top of your windshield may be leaking, use clear silicone from a tube to seal it up.
