1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Wont start!!!!!

Yesterday we had a huge hail and rainstorm. I was driving through flooded
areas where smaller cars wouldn't even dare going..... Long story short i
made it to my destination,came back out and tried to start er up... i had
battery power with good voltage but it wouldn't even crank over or
anything... I had it towed to my house and came in this morning to see if it
would start and it does the same thing. I have battery power but nothing
else will happen... Someone please give me a few tips to what could be
going on.

I just put in a brand new crank shaft position sensor as well as an ignition coil......
