Question type: Maintenance & Repair

have a 1996 jeep cherokee jeep that belonged to my husband. the night my
husband was murdered the jeep went to police impound and sat for 14
months. my husband took good care of his jeep, maintenance wise. when
jeep was released, had it towed home. there was a full tank of gas, and 4 flat
tires. it started 1 time only, now it does nothing. tried charging the battery still
nothing. honestly, what could it be? replacing the battery today. do i have to
remove "old" gas or is there an additive i could use to "revive" year old gas?
fuel pump go out? I am willing to try any suggestions in hopes of narrowing
down the problem so I can drive my jeep. thank you.

I’m sorry for your loss but try and ‏ siphon the tank and change the battery new fuel and all the spark plugs and some new oil and if it ran before it will probably run after that especially bc it started at first shows life
