drivers side headlight will not come on.

The drivers side headlight went out. Both lights were replaced but the drivers side will not come on when turned on, passenger side is fine. They both operate as designed on high beam.

check for 12 volts at the bulb plug when the low beams are on if there is power it is the bulb, if not check fuses relays and wiring.
You wouldn't be the first person to get something brand new out of the box that didn't work! Keeping that in mind, do as Mike said in the previous post. If you do not get 12 volts at the bulb socket, check all your fuses to see if one is blown because for some stupid reason, that headlight could be on a split or different circuit.
