Check the plug the plug on connectors on the back of all four bulbs. In some cars the same style connectors are used on both light bulbs in each housing and they can be crossed. If this is not your problem, the bulbs are probably burnt out and need to be replaced.

bulbs all check out fuses are good relay seem to work fine right side hy-beam comes on on hy-beam left side low beam works suspect daytime running lights. thanks

The DRL really shouldn't cause any of the other 4 bulbs to not work. That is why I mentioned looking at all of the connectors, to make sure they are different shapes inside so that they can only fit on certain bulbs, like H-beam on H-beam connector, Low on low and DRL on DRL. I have seen cars in the past where the connectors were crossed either because they had the same shaped connectors allowing them to be crossed to the wrong bulbs so the lights worked out of sync like you described, or because someone forced the connectors onto the wrong bulb ends. It can happen if someone had all the connectors unplugged at the same time and didn't pay attention to them, or when they have been forced into the wrong connectors causing either side of the connector sockets to snap off the internal "key way" or distort one end of the connector and allowing the pins to make contact, since the pins on all the connectors are usually in the same location. You would be amazed at what I have found that some people can do to their cars.
