1998 jeep Cherokee sport 4.0

My jeep is starting but it running rough in park. The
idle starts at 1 and fluctuates in 1 then revs to 2 a
smooths out. Then goes back to 1 and stays in the
area between 1 going higher and lower in the 1
area with the rpms. The map sensor was changed
it has new plugs and wires it was running fine then
it started with the hesitation every 10 miles.
