Inline fuel filter

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 98 cherokee without a inline fuel filter. It is built
into the fuel pump assembly. Can i cut the fuel line near
the back by the tank and just put in my own fuel filter?

You can, but make sure you clamp it well.
