Indicator light on the dash

all my indicator lights are working ok and cancel but the indicator light on the
dash will only flash when indicationg to the left but not to the right. Any thoughts

Thanks for your thoughts will check out the earths but still cant understand why the indicators work its just the flasher indicator on the one side on the dash

The bulb may be burned out. I'd check that first. Hope that helps! Jim
