change the thermostat go to a new radiator in a Jeep Cherokee 2005 still is overheating the EBS brakes are constantly on please help I don't know what to do to keep it from overheating

After putting a new radiator and thermostat in and then is still
overheated another thermostat in still overheating ABS
brakes constantly show on the dash is there any suggestions
with this could be

do a compression test or a block test for combustion gases in the coolant to see if the head gasket is blown . Is the exhaust white ? Is there goop under the oil fill cap ? Is the coolant being circulated ie. the water pump is good ? Is the heat steady in the cabin ?
