Blinkers have there own control switch on the fuse box. The heater probably stopped either the heater core went out or you have a electrical issue.
it seen to me it might be eletical problem but where would i find the fuse

I have a 2009 Jeep 4x4 the heat will only blow out in the face it will not turn on defrost I look for vacuum lines coming out of the heater core box but I don't see any is this electronic in this ...
