03 Jeep Liberty renegade not starting

I bought a new alternator and battery bcuz
something killed both of them at the same
time.  Now my jeep is not wanting to start
like it's not getting enough power to start.
They said something about my a/c
compressor, will that kill my battery and
alternator until I get it replaced??

From what the mechanic said the ac compressor locked up completely which kept it from starting. Replaced that the tube and belt
