Asked by DesertSon Nov 11, 2015 at 02:51 PM about the 2008 GMC Yukon Denali

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Been looking for nice denali, always loved understated cool looks and am
about to buy my first GMC. Any advice from the wise ones? Any design faults
or things to look out for. Rear compressor recently repaced as were brake
discs and pads. All work at dealers.

Thanks for tasking the time to answer. The vehicle has always been serviced by GMC dealer so would assume recall issues were resolved - but will check. Chrome around the wheels, as is common, had badly peeled but vendor is going to get a better second hand set for me to check. I will carefully check all electricals are working and am going to check bills from GMC re any major works. Drivers door was scrathed by some jealous vandal but that can easily be resprayed. Am looking at this and think that if electricals check out and we can agree fair price re re cosmetic works i might be driving this beauty by next weekend! He's had a rear suspension compressor, brakes and most other things done. Any other obvious things the guys at Magicautos would check for?
