Why Won't car turn over?

Jeep 05 liberty
Hot and especially cold weather. New
batt, alt, tune up,etc. Mechanic can't
find problem.said chkd censors,etc.
Doesn't like sitting!! Runs great once
started. Tries to start but wont turn
over.

I agree with Mr. Dolby. Weak fuel pump... Depending on the year of your jeep there is an access panel under the carpet behind the rear seat. You will likely have to carve the waterproofing away to gain access, but it sure beats having to drop the tank!
