Security dash light flashing after battery change out.

Car won't start and the security dash light is flashing.
Turns over. Just got the car.
didn't notice the light on before.
Battery was too weak to start so I changed it out.
Now this..   THANKS..  STAN..

THANKS.. The battery is fresh. The engine is spinning fast enough. Not being a Ford guy, I thought by disconnecting the battery would have forced the security system to be activated. Where is the fuel pump emerg. shut down button located. Maybe that too. It did get a shove getting unloaded. TKX for your expertise. STAN..
