My 2004 honda accord cranks but doesn't start

when you put the key in the "on" position do you hear fuel pressure circulating through the fuel loop?

wow no answers...but credit....where credit is due...apparently~ an undervoltage condition causing the ignition relay to shut off...wirebrush the 1/0 cable from the battery to the lug...wirebrush the lug....wirebrush the chassis for a 300 or more amp connection yet able to supply the delicate 750 milliamps that the ECU requires~
