YOU WILL NEED A CODE READER. COULD BE COMPUTER, RELAYS, MODULES, WILL NEED TROUBLE SHOOTING.

Try using a slave can with fresh gas and see what happens. If it starts, you will need to drain and clean the fuel system before refilling. Gas loses its volatility after about a year and the ethanol in it (10%) attracts water that further reduces its performance.
