Honda Civic 2017 ringing like a phone after hit ignore and it wont stop ringing!

Asked by Mommahnina Mar 28, 2019 at 07:05 PM about the 2017 Honda Civic Touring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Civic was working beautifully until I paired 3 other
phones to it. I unpaired all of them then mine I have factory
reset the unit I have tried everything. When someone calls
and I hit ignore it continues to ring I even shut car off and
restart car. I called someone and hung up still ringing. I
turned the screen off still ringing. It's really annoying. I got it
to stop by resetting it on the side of the road, but if anyone
calls it does it again. I'm just not sure how to fix this. Any
ideas?
