I have a Honda Civic EX-L 2017, i got a message
stuck on The display saying” incoming call” gives
me the option of “ answer or Deny” i touched either
or but message won’t go away, also won’t let me
connect to CarPlay, i can’t either make a call. What
can i do ?

I had the same issue on my 2017 Civic LX sedan. I removed my phone from the device list and the issue was still there. I found this video and followed the instructions in this video to reboot the head unit. After the reboot, I paired my phone to the car and now the incoming call message is gone and my bluetooth connected phone works again. I don't think you need to remove and re-add the phone. my answer is that i have a honda civic 2014 and my phone is connected but my messages does not want to be displayed on my scree like that in the photo and i dont know what to do

I’m not sure if you’re still having the problem. However I recently discovered the issue is with the Honda Firmware for the media system. Search Honda 18-081. Unfortunately the firmware download is behind a dealer code. Hope this helps. 2017 Civic Hatch
