First of all the Triton engines are 5.4 and 4.6 liters. When you turn the key on do you hear the fuel pump prime?

Yes it does, even checked the fuel rail and made sure its getting fuel. Pressed that relief valve and fuel came out

I would next check for spark at the plugs.
