IS IT MY HEATER CORE

186,000 miles,  replaced themostat about 2 weeks ago.  turn on heat or defrost and smells like anitfreeze.  no wetness inside truck.  windows will not unfog.  heat is still blowing hot.  this all started about 4 hrs ago, all of a sudden. no warning lights are on.

Very likely the core, another person on this site; oldtimer37 communicated a website on how to dig into it and remove/replace the core; http://www.ehow.com/how_7666292_replace-cores-1998-ford-expeditions.html. Good luck!!
