Hyundai Tucson clock “—:—“

Asked by Guru1WRGQ Aug 27, 2019 at 08:27 PM about the 2017 Hyundai Tucson 1.6T Limited FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Clock suddenly displayed a date from the
past then went to “—:—“. Dealer said that
numerous people had called about same
issue and said that Hyundai advised them
that there was a problem with the satellite
that provided the correct date/time. True? If
so why doesn’t Hyundai notify its customers
and better yet, fix the problem?

The same thing happened on my car so I tried replacing the SD card and pushed the reset button but The problem has not solved. It is said that many people have been solved in this way.But I couldn't solve it. Finally, I remove the multimedia-related fuse for 5 minutes, LOL!!! the problem was solved. As I know, when navigation related fuses are removed the memory seems to be fully initialized.
