Does my 40,000mi 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude really need transmission flush

Was told my dealer I need transmission flush and fuel system service

No, basically money grabs. No to the fuel system service, just use top tier fuel and occasionally add some techron fuel cleaner. For the trans fluid, I would do a drain and fill, no flush.

Forget the fuel system service, if your using top tier fuel it is not needed, if your not using top tier fuel then a bottle of Techron every other tank will do nicely. As far as transmission fluid flushing it is never a good idea to flush the transmission as it could loosen up varnish and really mess up a good transmission, a standard fluid and filter change will suffice.
