What makes a 2006 F450 with a 6.0 engine not want to crank?

My 06 ford F450 ran good then I cut it off
and I can't get it to crank up no more I
replaced the starter it turns over but it
won't crank up

If its diesel i would check stc fitting, oil rail seals (dummy plugs). Rail pressure sensor, FICM connector plugs or wire chaffing. After pull codes on the obd2.
