95 rodeo rough idle and stalls only when it snows

runs good everyday unless it snows. it did this last winter so I put in plugs and wires still shuderd read about O2 senser changed it trouble solved. now its back The yruck is a winter time only . Less than 4000miles a year

Remove and clean your idle air control valve. I think this one you can't tear down. You may just have to replace it. You may be able to spray it down with throttle body cleaner and see if it improves.
