Any dealer will be happy to take that trade and sell a new truck- they will put your almost new truck back on the lot and get twice what they will give you- this works out so good for them and so bad for you- bottom line, no matter how good they make it look on paper, you will lose tons of money- probably everything you have already paid- dealers show up everyday with big smiles on their faces just for deals like this- if you just HAVE to move up, you would be better off selling the truck privately and paying off your loan first- if you can- really, anyway you go, it will cost you- are you really that anxious to be cooler and more powerful? That truck you have sounds pretty cool to me-
