You go into the vehicle settings screen via the buttons on the shearing wheel. If you dig around a little, you'll find the speed limit notification settings. Mine was set from the factory to ding at 1 mph over the speed limit.

My Rav 4 cruise control speed setting will not go above 110 kph. I want to set this so that I can travel at about 125 kph. Is there any way of adjusting this setting?
