I have found numerous trucks that I would buy in
Texas and at great prices my question is if these
vehicles were flooded in Harvey and if so why are they
not stating that foe the consumers looking to buy.

The only way to know if something was flooded is to have a mechanic perform an inspection to determine if the truck has had water in it. You can also tell if it has a salvage/rebuilt title by running a Carfax on the vehicle you are interested in. Shady sellers will not disclose flood damage, so be sure you do your homework before spending any of your hard earned cash.
