one tire not touching ground, wheels briefly locking up on 2017 camry

My 2017 camrys’ wheels briefly lock up and skids a little two or three times
while slowly descending down a  dirt driveway that basically levels out at 50
ft.  I parked the car on the more level area and saw that the rear drivers side
tire was at least an inch off the ground.  Would like to know if this is all
normal.  I’m a little weirded out here.

Thank you so much I made an appt with a Toyota dealer and without even inspecting I was told nothing is wrong with the car. Any suggestions on what that I should do? Very great full here...thanks
