2000 Ford Taurus dohc

I have a 2000 Taurus ses dohc and since I got it in
September I've had nothing but problems but I was
wondering if anyone can tell me where the white
smoke is coming from in my attached  pictures..
it's the front end of the car coming from
underneath

It's hard to tell from the photo. white smoke is usually coolant burning. Is the area of the hose wet and are you losing coolant?
