My daughter's 2017 Hyundai Elantra blows lukewarm air at idle but at speed the air is warm. Even reving the engine at a stop causes the air to warm. Defroster air is even cooler. Dealer says nothing is wrong and Hyundai corporate won't overrule technician's diagnosis. The say the blend door actuator is OK. Help! Any other ideas? Thank you.

I hate to tell you but today's engines don't generate much heat at idle and the idle rpm is low causing the water pump to turn more slowly circulating less coolant. So it's probably as good as it gets. Sorry.
