Loss of Power on Freeway

I have 2017 Highlander AWD, driving on freeway and loss power and wont go
over 30mph.

Whats wrong? What could be the issue? Stranded out in the middle of NO
Where.

Your car may be in limp mode. Scan for codes.

There is a T-SB-0160-18 about an improperly secured bolt that could cause symptoms of reduced power. You might call Toyota with your VIN number to see if it applies to your vehicle. However, they may need the transmission #. I looked on mine but could not figure out how the view it. So you may need to take it to a dealer.
