Is the quoted (hyper quick) acceleration of a Tesla a constant as the battery dies, both from consumption and aging..?

Hybrids and electrics loose performance as the battery becomes discharged.

Very little, actually. Power is proportional to voltage, which drops as batteries discharge, but it would take a stopwatch acceleration run to detect it.
