How do I access the Blower Motor (is it behind the glove box)?

My blower motor has been running loud for several years. I read a technical service bulletin dated 2001 just recently(provided by a dealer service rep). Due to the type of noise, it suggested that cleaning the area around the blower motor might eliminate or reduce the noise. I have attempted to take out the glove box (took off 4 screws that I found), but can't seem to move it. Your suggestions, drawings or where I could find this info would be greatly appreciated!

Checked out the website you offered.....unfortunately was somewhat vague. Do I have to remove the whole dash? Can I just remove the glove box only? How do I actually take the glove box off? Anyone who might offer a website, or answer my questions would be very appreciated!!
