Can I SWITCH fuel ???

I bought a Ford Ranger, 2000, it says it can use Flex Fuel, but I have always
used Reg. Gas, can I switch back to Flex Fuel, will it harm my motor ???

As long as it says "flex fuel" then you can run E85. It's cheaper but the trade off is it's less efficient and your gas mileage will suffer. I had a flex fuel Taurus, and preferred to stick with regular gas over the E85.
