289 install into a 2000 Ranger

if I install a 289 into a 2ooo Ranger, will I be able to still use the original power
steering pump, ac unit and Alt?

First, you likely have an I4 or a V6, so fitting a V8 likely can't happen. Beyond that, the computer system is set for the original engine, and any deviation will require massive alterations and you might never pass a smog check again.

You going to have to have custom mounts made to use these if there is room in the engine bay. 289 that’s very old school, like points and condenser old school.
