Cadillac SRX 2013 Alarm system

Hello.
I have a problem or maybe more than 1.
1..my key fob is not locking or unlocking the car.
2..Also when I use the key to open it the anti theft alarm
goes off..I have to rush to place in the designated area and
start the car..
After reviewing the forum I tried simultaneously holding the
lock and unlock buttons but  it didn't work.
Has anyone seen something like this b4

Start by removing all electronic devices from the vehicle: remove phone charger, dash cam, even laptops. GM has issued a service bulletin warning about electronic interference with the alarm system.
