How can I fix my E-300. 2009 Trunk

The push-bottom with a small light  that I always push to close the trunk
stopped working a couple 3 month ago. And today, my trunk is locked. I am  
able to open it even if  I use the remote or a switch on the door. I need a help
please.

use the key, check for blown fuse, check any diagnostic codes

Getting a key for a Mercedes can be a nightmare ! Some can't be gotten even by the dealer.
