Flat spots on tires

I have changed rims and tires twice on
2013 E350 within a 2yr period and
continue to get flat spots on the rear tires
causing a loud ride. . What could be
causing this?

Incorrect air pressure, sitting too long, low quality or defective tires would all cause that problem. Also hard braking.

Do you mean the tires are cupped flat spots on the inner or outer part of the tread ?? Bad shocks or struts
