time for a tune-up. I would do at least new plugs and wires if on a budget, and see from there Please award points if this helps

I just did new sparks plugs and wire...thought that might fix it .....still the shake

I'm experiencing the same thing on my 2003 sonata. It only has 43,000 which makes me wonder what it is. I've already switched the spark plugs and the wires. I've recently replaced the air filter, cleaned the MAF, and cleaned the throttle body. Even after all of this my car idles roughly. I was going to manually clean the fuel injectors but I was unable to remove the cover that guards them.

Try some Seafoam, you can buy it at any Walmart or auto parts store. It will clean your injectors if you follow the instructions on the can for fuel system cleaning. Great stuff.

Did that my hesitation issue on my 2005 sonatas has improved and so has the gas mileage but vibration is still a problem
