Toyota Prius dash lights and actual brake lights coming on when no one in car

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hit a curb w/the front and back left side tires the other morning as we turned
into the sun and could not see the curb due to the sun blinding. Now
ABS/Brake and Traction lights are on the dash and when not in the car the
brake lights will flash off and on. Any ideas of what all I could have screwed up
that would caused all this?
