Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello,
Now I have the following codes:
P0300
P0302
P0306
P0154
P2A03

History: A month or two ago I had P0154 code. Check engine was ON and OFF during that time. Fuel efficiency
slightly decreased. Several times engine had some vibrations when I stopped on traffic lights. Yesterday
Check engine was blinking and I felt serious problems, car almost stalled. I stopped and found new codes
(listed above). After 20 minutes I started engine again. And today was no problems.

I've done some research and found that it can be computer system, sparks, sensor failure, bad wires. Is it
possible to check if the sensor is ok or not?

Also please advise the correct sequence of actions? Basically I would like to avoid changing things if it not
broken,

Thanks

There is a TSB (techical service bulletin) on your car: has nothing to do with those codes but FYI: http://www.amdmaddness.com/sonata/tsb/timing_chain_tensioner_replacement.pdf

P0154 HYUNDAI - HO2S Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 2 Sensor 1 -- Replacing the Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 usually takes care of the problem. The O2 sensors usually last around 80,000-100,000 miles - they get slow and your MPG's will improve with a new one

Thanks for answers, judge_roy_beans? is it related to oxygen sensor or misfire? tenspeed, my Sonata have less than 60k miles. O2 Bench test is good, but I do have a scanner. Not sure if this scanner can check oxygen sensor. Will check it out. But thanks for ideas.

Ok, I bought new scanner which can check voltage. Today I've got P0138 again. But scanner shows that sensor is switching voltage. I checked the sensor's wiring and it look clean and not damages. Any thoughts what else I can check?

Possible causes - Faulty Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 - Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 harness is open or shorted - Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 circuit poor electrical connection - Inappropriate fuel pressure - Faulty fuel injectors - Intake air leaks may be faulty - Exhaust gas leaks Help with this Tech notes Replacing the Front Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 2 usually takes care of the problem.
