2006 Swift, engine shaking

I just had an engine overhaul for my 2006 suzuki swift to repair the head
gasket, the transmission had to be removed and repaired as well, when I drive
it now it shakes while i'm idling in drive and in reverse. what could this problem
be?

might be a low rpm misfire but that would just be from your distributor teeth being off by 1 or two
