What was done wrong on my 2000 for exploerer sport hydralic clutch

Just had slave and mster cylinder replaced and clutch plate and throut bering replaced
and shifter/ gear shifting problem worse it goes into gear just fine when the car is off and
is pretty normal when the car is running cold once I've been driving it and it's warmed up at
all it doesn't want to go into gear what was done wrong?

Maybe the clutch hydraulics should be bled. What does your mechanic have to say about it? You should have a warranty on the work.
